E-file Your Application Online

You can file your application with USCIS directly online (as long as you do NOT need a reduced fee, or a fee waiver). You will need to pay by credit card or check (ACH) online. You should save and review your application before you submit and pay. You will need to create a MyUSCIS account to file the N400 only online. You can also work with legal counsel to E-file if you prefer.
