If we do not have an upcoming Citizenship Clinic near you, you can schedule an appointment with a quality nonprofit organization or a private attorney in your area. These service providers can answer your naturalization questions, assess your individual eligibility, and complete your naturalization application. The N-400 Form, known as the Application for Naturalization, is available as a downloadable and editable PDF through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website here.

The I-912 Form, known as the Fee Waiver, is also available through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website here. However, USCIS will indefinitely accept this previous and shorter version of the form. You must include this form and the required documentation to support your fee waiver request with your N-400 Application for Naturalization. The I-942 Form, known as the Request for Reduced Fees (or Partial Fee Waiver), is also available through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website here. You must include this form and the required documentation to support your fee waiver request with your N-400 Application for Naturalization. If you qualify for the N-648 Waiver, known as the Disability Waiver, you can find it online here. You will need to have this completed by a licensed medical professional and submitted with your N-400 Application for Naturalization.
